What You'll Do:

  • Financial Whiz: Keep our deposit accounting, accounts receivables, and purchasing on point.
  • Compliance Guru: Ensure we're always in line with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Marketing Maven: Create and manage sales and marketing campaigns to attract new residents.
  • Culture Champion: Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
  • Operations Maestro: Oversee all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, reporting, collections, evictions, and more.
  • Customer Service Star: Provide top-notch service to our residents and prospects, boosting satisfaction and renewals.
  • Marketing Genius: Drive revenue with your savvy understanding of competition and creative marketing strategies.

What You Bring:

  • 2 to 4-year college degree
  • 3 + years of property management experience
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of fair housing and landlord/tenant laws
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, customer service, and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
