We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join a well-established engineering firm.

 

Accounts Payable Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

  • $60,000 – $110,000 per year based on experience
  • Great benefits and room for growth
  • FULLY IN OFFICE ROLE

Accounts Payable Specialist Qualification and Responsibilities:

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Suite
  • Process incoming invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify that invoices and expense reports are properly coded and authorized for payment.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payments to vendors via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
