Executive Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine-dining or innovative upscale, scratch kitchen environment
  • Strong financial and organizational acumen concerning costing, recipe specs, and labor control.
  • A creative spirit and a commitment to excellence.
