Operations Manager Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Utilize a blend of strategic planning expertise, category management fundamentals, and the ability to lead innovative cross-functional projects
  • Uses knowledge to leverage marketing, promotions, in-store merchandising, and consumer insights to drive sales, store traffic & profitability
  • Works cross-functionally with the Marketing team, Profit-optimizing team, and Operations to understand current trends, design promotional campaigns, and proactively manage the product assortment to meet the needs of the consumer
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and professional growth
  • Direct your team through all seasonal changes and new product launches; use current industry trends and technology to adapt to consumer demands; creatively address long-term future planning
  • 3+ years experience in Retail Multi-unit operations with a track record of success in operations
  • Excellent leadership abilities and qualities, ethical business practices, deadline-driven, candid, and direct with communication, and excellent computer skills
  • Alcohol knowledge and brand awareness are HIGHLY preferred but not required
  • 75% travel required, the area of supervision is between 25-35 locations
