Restaurant Manager Requirements & Responsibilities :

  • 3+ years experience in high volume and upscale restaurants.
  • Builds high-performing teams: You have a proven track record of developing, mentoring, and coaching hospitality teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Leads large projects successfully: You demonstrate the agility to adapt to industry shifts and organizational needs.
