Operations Manager Benefits:

Operations Manager Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of Management experience, Minimum of 2-4 years Retail experience, Business Degree (Preferred)
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills 
  • Must be reliable, have high personal integrity, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
  • Able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds 
  • Travel required up to 75% 

Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop / Execute Strategic Objectives to meet company profitability goals and initiatives 
  • Monitor / Assess individual, team, and organization performance
  • Participate in Senior Management Meetings
  • Oversees assigned Area Managers  
  • Driving force to achieve all budgeted sales and financial goals
  • Analyzes retail sales goals and procedures for assigned districts based on goals set for the whole region and recommends adjustment needs and strategies
  • Supports and creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the operation infrastructure
  • In addition, collaborates with VP on additional duties/tasks/projects
