Our client is looking for an Architect to work on projects across central Minnesota. Projects include varied light commercial projects such as healthcare clinics, banks, and offices.

Architect Compensation :

  • Base salary $90,000 to $130,000
  • Discretionary annual profit-sharing bonuses.

Architect Qualifications:

  • Preferred registration as an Architect in Minnesota.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp.
  • Solid understanding of architecture principles, building codes, and land management rules.
  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead project teams effectively.

Architect Responsibilities:

  • Guiding clients through the residential design process, from conception to completion.
  • Ensuring all designs comply with applicable building codes and architectural standards.
  • Interpreting client feedback to develop aesthetically appealing and functional design concepts.
  • Leading a design team from conceptualization to practical implementation.
  • Efficiently managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
