We seek an experienced residential Property Manager responsible for maintaining the integrity of the portfolio physical assets and maximizing the returns from the asset in accordance with our mission, vision, and objectives. 

Property Manager Benefits:

·      A base salary of 65-70k

Property Manager Qualifications:

·      A minimum of two years’ experience at on-site and supervisory levels

·      Must have Section 8/LIHTC experience in multi-family/elderly communities: Required

·      ARM® Designation and CPO and/or other Property Management Designations: Preferred

·      Strong leadership, attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills

·      Able to advance objectives with autonomy

·      Experience with Yardi software: Preferred

·      Bi-lingual Spanish: Required

Property Manager Responsibilities:

·      Maintaining the physical assets ensuring the property and grounds are well maintained

·      Processing and supervising rental applications and lease forms

·      Reviewing and processing tenant certifications/re-certifications by HUD/LIHTC guidelines

·      Financial reporting and control –preparing annual operating budget

·      Ensures property files and records are maintained in compliance with HUD Guidelines & Regulations and all Local, State and Federal regulations

·      Resolve resident issues and conflicts in a timely manner and in accordance with Company polices and HUD guidelines

·      Prepare for all audits and inspections including MOR and REAC reviews
