We are currently seeking a General Manager ready to take the next step in their career. Not only will you be the General Manager once you prove yourself you will oversee a total of three locations. You will report directly to the owner of the business.

This company has been in business for nearly 100 years and is very stable and is looking to expand. You will be part of a family environment where everyone helps each other out, it will not be just a job.

The GM is responsible for the overall success of the property and oversees sales and growth, guest service, staff management, P&L results, maintenance & grounds. Ensures that brand standards are met or exceeded. Must be committed to providing superior guest service. Must have a proven record of developing and leading a successful team.

  • This is a full-time position, with about 50 – 52 hours of work per week expected.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

Required Education And Experience

  • High school or GED required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • 5 years of experience managing restaurant operations, financials, and control systems.
  • 5 years’ management or leadership experience coaching and mentoring team members.
  • 5 years experience as a restaurant/retail manager.
