Electrical Components Sales Leader Responsibilities:

– Craft and execute innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth

– Cultivate and expand relationships with key accounts and industry partners

– Identify new market opportunities through trend analysis and customer insights

– Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery

– Provide top-tier customer support throughout the entire sales process

– Track and report on key performance indicators and sales metrics

– Maintain cutting-edge industry and product knowledge

Electrical Components Sales Leader Requirements:

– Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or related field

– Proven track record in sales management within the electrical component industry

– In-depth understanding of power distribution products and applications

– Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities

– Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

– Capable of working autonomously and leading a team effectively

– Results-driven, proactive, and customer-centric approach

– PMP Certification is advantageous

– Minimum 6 years of electrical industry experience with project management background preferred
