Hotel General Manager

This successful hospitality group is seeking a Hotel General Manager to lead its team. Seeking a solution-based, high-energy, and guest-focused leader!

Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of managers and department heads to exceed expectations
  • Accountable for financial, forecasting, and budgeted results
  • Maintains and upholds brand standards and best practices while fostering a proud culture
  • Works directly with the Sales team to capture and adequately price all business

 

Hotel General Manager Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (B.A) from a four-year college or university; or four years in a similar role
  • Experience leading the housekeeping and/or front desk team preferred
  • Competent computer knowledge and experience with hotel property management systems
  • Background with Hilton brands required
