Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a leadership role – casual, full-service restaurant experience
  • Previous NRO experience is a huge plus
  • Proven track record in team training and support
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • ServSafe Certification

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop new team members
  • Cultivate a positive environment for the team and for our guests
  • Uphold high standards with consistency
  • Exhibit strong communication and listening skills
  • Identify areas of opportunity and influence positive change
