F&B Director Manager Benefits

F&B Manager Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience managing a la cart outlets in private clubs
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Exceptional knowledge of food trends, beverage trends, and high service standards
  • Proven ability to manage bar inventories, control costs, and drive revenue growth
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a commitment to excellence

F&B Manager Responsibilities Include

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of dining outlets including fine dining, casual dining, and bar(s)
  • Collaborating with the F&B leadership team to create amazing member experiences
  • Developing and managing FOH team and schedules
  • Support the team on the floor during service
