We are searching for a strong General Manager to develop, train and lead restaurant staff to achieve objective sales and guest service to the highest level. RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant
  • Ensure all new hires are thoroughly trained on the expectations of service standards
  • Implement and execute operating standards
  • Perform various financial activities, Weekly P and L's COGS, Inventory , Labor Managment
  • Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times

GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of restaurant GM Full Service experience
  • Communicates information effectively and efficiently.
  • Tech Savy using Toast POS, Seven Shifts for scheduling and other 3rd party resources
  • Able to Coach and develop staff members
  • Able to read financial statements and put a plan in place to correct opportunities.
