Our esteemed client, a prominent firm specializing in residential, commercial, and environmental engineering, is in search of a dynamic and proactive Business Development Engineer to join their team in the charming locale of Golden, CO. This role revolves around fostering opportunities in the commissioning of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. As a pivotal figure in initiating connections, identifying prospects, and finalizing agreements, you will play a vital role in nurturing client relations, projecting sales targets, and propelling our business expansion. Relocation support is available.

Responsibilities of Business Development Engineer:

  • Foster and sustain relationships with stakeholders in Colorado's construction and architecture sectors.
  • Collaborate closely with internal management to strategize marketing plans and sales objectives.
  • Document and monitor prospective and current business using CRM software.
  • Contribute to collateral and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the sales efforts of our organization, encompassing cold-calling to fostering ongoing business opportunities.

Experience and Skills Required of Business Development Specialist:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Business Development experience, preferably within the construction or related trades.
  • Understanding of the current construction landscape.
  • Demonstrated leadership, effective communication, and proficient sales pipeline management.
  • Proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals while maintaining a productive client base.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
