We are in search of an experienced Hospitality Human Resources Manager with a strategic mindset and robust leadership skills to bring a unique perspective to our team. Please note that this is a full-time, on-site position in Solana Beach.

Your HR Manager background and abilities should include:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • SHRM-CP or PHR designation preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in benefits, leave administration, and general HR functions
  • 1–2 years of experience managing others
  • Strong knowledge of Dayforce (Ceridian) HRIS and scheduling software like Brink or CTUIT
  • Management of benefits programs, including 401k plans
  • Responsibility for Workers' Comp, Safety Program, and Guest Incident Claims
  • Supports recruiting
  • Rewards and recognition program
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
  • Experience supervising HR Coordinators and HR Generalists
  • Previous HR experience in companies with multiple locations and 500–1000 employees
  • Strong knowledge of local, CA state, and federal employment laws
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (no remote or hybrid options)
