Food and Beverage Director Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Strong communication, supervisory and organizational skills, and computer literacy are required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in upscale restaurant, events or hotel setting
  • Vast knowledge of craft cocktails
