Luxury Hotel and Resort 1 hour from Orlando, FL is looking for a polished Chef de Cuisine with the utmost professionalism and attention-to-detail. You will ensure perfection and excellence in all culinary operations and also assist with off property and on property concessions activations.

***This position is located about 1 hour outside of Orlando.

Chef de Cuisine Benefits:

Chef de Cuisine Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit culinary concepts.
  • You must have experience with concessions, banquets and full-service.
  • You must have experience overseeing over $10M in yearly F&B revenue.
  • You must have excellent communication skills, coaching abilities and care about your team.
  • You must have a do-whatever-it-takes mentality.
  • You must have experience leading a team of Chefs.
  • You must have incredible attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • You will be selecting and training culinary employees.
  • You will be assisting in the planning and development of menus.
  • You will control expenses, budget and inventory.
