Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years of upscale or fine dining experience is a must
- Operational execution of both formal lunch and dinner service
- Models hospitality and delivers service excellence
- Develops staff and holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes.
- Ability to work within budgets and schedule labor accordingly
