Vermont Luxury Country Inn: Seeking a passionate Event Manager to oversee our special events and weddings. Join us where elegance meets small-town charm.

Event Manager Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Event Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of special events/weddings from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure every detail is executed to perfection
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and in-house teams to deliver exceptional service and quality
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
