Requirements for General Restaurant Managers 

  • 2+ years of experience as a Fast Casual or Full Service Restaurant Manager 
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Strong financial understanding and ability to coach and teach financials 
  • Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
