We are looking for a sales and marketing leader for our Full Service Hotel in Kent, OH! Candidates will bring a background rich in progressive hotel experience, with at least 3 years in a Director of Sales and Marketing role in a Full-Service hotel.

Director of Sales and Marketing Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience as Director of Sales and Marketing in a Full-Service hotel
  • 5+ years experience in a Full-Service hotel
  • Experience creating budgets
  • Experience creating and executing marketing strategies
  • Leadership experience

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales team without micromanaging
  • Actively sell; this is both a leadership and sales position
  • Create and execute marketing strategy
  • Attend local events, chamber meetings, and other networking opportunities
  • Work with the leadership team on operational completion
