Are you an exceptional sales professional with a talent for driving growth in the Northeast region? Our client is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team!

As the Northeast Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our market share within industrial accounts and organizations such as STAFDA, Orgill, Fastenal, and others. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with approximately 50% travel required to connect with customers and work closely with the home office.

Northeast Regional Sales Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the Industrial/STAFDA sector, with a strong grasp of industry dynamics and customer requirements.
  • MUST HAVE STAFDA customershttps://stafda.org/
  • Proven success in managing independent representative groups for at least 5 years, highlighting strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred background in the tools or compressor industry, with a thorough understanding of product offerings and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new industrial customers within the assigned territory, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify and work with independent representative groups in the region to maximize sales opportunities and extend market reach.
  • Take full responsibility for your territory, working independently to meet and exceed sales targets while showing initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Strategically grow the territory with the long-term aim of building and managing a team of Territory Sales Managers.
