Are you a passionate sous chef with a love for ingredient-driven cuisine? A luxurious Country Inn is seeking a dedicated and talented sous chef to join our culinary team. If you have a flair for creativity, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to work with fresh, local ingredients, we want to hear from you!
Sous Chef Requirements:
- Proven experience as a sous chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Passion for fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
Sous Chef Expectations:
- Collaborate with the head chef to create and execute seasonal menus
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality
- Train and mentor kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
