Restaurant General Manager Requirements

  • Prior experience in high-volume restaurant operations
  • Well-versed in local health, safety and sanitation standards
  • High-energy and hands-on leadership style
  • Some back of house experience is a major plus
  • Experience in managing different revenue streams, to-go, catering, private events, etc
  • A positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
