We are seeking a polished and highly skilled Restaurant Operations Leader to join our team. You'll bring high-volume experience and provide guidance to a team of over 50 members. Restaurant Operations Manager Benefits:

– Above-average base salary of up to $85k

Restaurant Operations Manager Responsibilities:

– Oversee and ensure the performance of all team members in the assigned department.

– Create an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and consistent follow-through.

– Prior experience in the Las Vegas area is a significant plus.

Restaurant Operations Manager Qualifications:

– Comfortable managing high guest traffic, with experience in establishments generating $15 million-plus in annual sales.

– Exceptional knowledge of craft cocktails and beer, with the ability to enhance the sales skills of the team.

– Proven ability to provide guidance and oversight to 50+ direct reports.
