Are you a high-level Restaurant General Manager looking to take the next step in your career. We are looking for a dynamic "Director of Operations" for a well-known Restaurant Group. Must be an operations expert with a passion for maintaining and further developing an already amazing culture.

Director of Operations Responsibilities

  • Can drive operational excellence and company profitability
  • Excellent at developing people and helping them achieve their goals
  • Systems-driven and can uphold company standards
  • Being a great change agent and can adapt to new systems and processes quickly
  • Organized and is a good planner, communicator, and team player

​Director of Operations Qualifications

  • ​Must have 3-5 years as a salaried restaurant District Manager/DO or High-level General Manager
  • Experience leading a team of General Managers
  • Restaurant volume experience of $3 million and up in annual sales per unit, 3-5 restaurants
  • Need a restaurant background
  • Must be focused on People, Hospitality, and have Integrity
