Restaurant General Manager needed for New Restaurant Opening with one of the country's top restaurant groups. We are looking for a seasoned, strong leader to head up our upscale, high-volume restaurant. Come join our quickly growing restaurant group and see your career soar.

General Manager Benefits:

General Manager Requirements:

  • High-volume restaurant experience, at least $15mil – $20mil
  • Minimum of five years experience in upper management, a keen eye for detail, and outstanding communication skills
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with P&L statements, annual budgets, forecasting, COGS, and labor models.
  • Lead the weekly management meeting and produce the weekly management meeting agenda
  • Correspond with Ownership, Executive Management, and the Chef to evaluate the financial success of the business and the quality of guest experience
  • Direct maintenance, repairs, and works with contractors and vendors to maintain equipment, finishes, and smallwares
  • Hire and Develop strong teams at all positions
