What We're Looking For:

  • Team-First Attitude: Adaptable, energetic individuals with a professional yet friendly demeanor.
  • HR Expertise: A degree in HR or 3-5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Availability: Open to working weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays (if necessary)
  • Location Flexibility: Able to work from our corporate office and occasionally visit other locations.

Extra Points If You Have:

  • A background in hospitality.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
  • Local residency in the Orlando Area

Role Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from tracking applicants to coordinating interviews and reviews.
  • Onboarding and Training: Conduct onboarding sessions and facilitate training activities to support employee development.
  • Compliance and Policy Maintenance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and help refine company policies.
  • Consultation and Problem-Solving: Work with team members and leadership to address workplace issues and enhance company culture.
  • Confidential HR Management: Maintain accurate HR files and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Core Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in Florida
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ethical and professional conduct, particularly in managing HR and medical-related information.
  • Proven ability to partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
