Executive Kitchen Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a culinary leader
  • Must have over 5 million sales volume experience
  • Scratch kitchen and menu development experience
  • Strong Knowledge of food and local ingredients
  • Experience in inventory and ordering systems
  • Expertise in cost of labor and food-cost control
  • Must be an organized-proven leader
