We are a locally-owned establishment with a rich history in the community, and we're looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our vibrant restaurant team. The AGM will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high food quality standards. Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage and effective time management.
  • Train, mentor, and support team members to foster a positive work environment and professional growth.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  • Support budget control efforts by monitoring expenses and revenue.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and strategies to enhance restaurant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve operational and financial goals.

Requirements

  • 5 years of AGM Experience
  • Experience in a high-volume setting (400k-500k a week)
  • Experience with Toast POS Systems
  • Detail Oriented
  • Strong understanding of P&L and inventory management
  • Strong leadership skills
