We are looking for a Division Sales Manager to cover California, Oregon and Washington territory. Candidate must live in one of those states. Looking for the Hunter mentality and proven ability to conduct cold calls is very important. Experience selling to Convenience stores, a big plus, as well as beverage and consumer goods sales.

Director of Sales Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in CPG, QSR food service industry or convenience retail channel
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify opportunities for business growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as needed
