Our established public accounting firm client in Tallahassee is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their growing team. Must have previous experience and knowledge of QuickBooks. On-site position.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities: 

  • Payroll reporting 
  • Management of invoice tracking  
  • Establishing financial reports  
  • Fast checking accounting data, documenting transaction details  
  • General ledger entries, reconciling entries  
  • Maintains accounts by verifying allocating and posting transactions 

Bookkeeper Qualifications: 

  • Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Keen knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel 
  • Experience with and understanding of QuickBooks 
  • 3 years of experience preferred
