This established, well-known waterfront restaurant is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Upscale Bar Manager who is looking to grow their career with an upscale and exciting concept. If you are an experienced Bar Manager with superior wine knowledge and a people-first attitude, send us your resume today!

What you can expect from us:

What you will be expected to do:

  • Manages all bar and beverage operations
  • Verifies that all opening and closing checklists for the bar team are completed
  • Trains, develops, mentors bar staff
  • Trains service staff regarding wine, beverage, etc.
  • Holds bar team members accountable for standards and policies

You will be the perfect fit if you have:

  • Must be a people-centric leader
  • 2 to 3 years experience as a bar manager
  • Managing a staff of 20
  • Superior Bar management background with spirits, craft cocktails, and other beverage
  • History of ordering, storing, and inventory of beverage
  • Experience in an upscale dining environment
  • Self-motivated and focused on professional growth
