Seeking a stand-out Star to join our Michelin Star restaurant in San Francisco as our next Assistant General Manager!

Must Have's for Assistant General Manager:

  • Experience in a high-end or Michelin Star establishment
  • Must have tasting menu service experience
  • High standards and expectations with steps of service
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities for Assistant General Manager:

  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example to provide exceptional service and hospitality to guests.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, top-tier service and uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house operations.
