Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a General Manager (fast-casual or quick-service)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (annual sales of $3million+)
  • Must operate with a high level of integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Must be able to hold the team accountable
  • ServSafe certification
  • High school or GED diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Understanding of financials, cost control, managing inventory
  • Ability to adhere to standards of customer service and also cleanliness and food safety
  • Proven ability to manage a team and provide a team-centric culture
