Restaurant Assistant Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a restaurant or cafe environment
  • Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
  • A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
  • ServSafe Certification required
