We seek a Marketing and Admissions Director to initiate and maintain ongoing professional relationships with area lead sources and coordinate medical admissions to our stunning Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care facility.

 

Marketing and Admissions Director Benefits:

Marketing and Admissions Director Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred, specializing in marketing is preferred

·       Minimum three years’ experience working in admissions and marketing in an SNF and AL facility

·       Must pass criminal background check

·       Knowledge of Medicare, HMO, and Title 22 regulations

·       Experience dealing with clients in customer service-based business

·       Computer knowledge and efficient skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Pointclick Care

 

Marketing and Admissions Director Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate all admissions, obtaining complete information from medical providers and family members

·       Participate in Health Center and community events throughout the year

·       Coordinate and participate in Health Center events designed to market to the community

·       Expert knowledge of Medicare coverage, HMO contracts/authorization process and financial reimbursement

·       Maintain competitive analysis of local skilled nursing, assisted living and memory care

·       Maintain Health Center website and work with vendor to optimize effectiveness

·       Design, develop and maintain supply of marketing and promotional materials for distribution

·       Maintain data on census (i.e. census mix by revenue source, details on referral, inquires)
