Restaurant Manager with an outgoing and dynamic personality needed for fun and expanding restaurant group in the Hudson Valley. This award-winning, full-service restaurant concept is looking for a friendly manager to help develop other managers and team members to build and increase sales over the previous year's sales and maintain profitability while ensuring employee and guest satisfaction.

We're not looking for someone to camp out their whole shift at the expo window. We want high-energy people who thrive on being interactive with guests and employees alike. We offer a substantial base salary, bonuses, great benefits, and more.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Build and develop staff culture
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
  • Work within standardized systems and processes
  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience minimum of three years as Restaurant Manager
  • Knowledge of cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food and cooking techniques
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive wine knowledge is a must
  • Entrepreneur mindset is a vital qualification
