Civil engineering and land surveying firm is seeking a Licensed Professional Civil Engineer with municipal, subdivision, and land development experience to join their team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pennsylvania P.E.
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in land development projects
  • Experience with NPDES, Chapter 102, 105 & MS4 permitting and reporting
  • Experience with site civil including paving, grading, drainage, erosion, water/wastewater, sewer, and stormwater
  • Highly proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, PondPack, and FlowMaster
  • Familiar with local, state, and federal approval requirements and processes

Responsibilities:

  • Municipal Plan Review for Zoning, Subdivision, and Land Development
  • Supervising all turnkey project aspects from oversight of design, schedule, budgeting, client communications, team leadership, quality control, delivery, etc.
