Executive Pastry Chef Responsibilities + Qualifications:

  • Must have 4+ years of experience of high volume upscale catering or banquet venue
  • Adept in scaling recipes for large volume events
  • Optimal organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring a top-tier product
  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent training & experience
  • Instruct & train team members on preparation, techniques, and creation
  • Self driven to be successful!
