Bar Manager Responsibilities

· Coach and lead your team to deliver a top-quality products and memorable guest experiences

· Curate a culture of professionalism, communication and creativity to perform at high levels

· Manage operations and success at multiple bars

 

Bar Manager Qualifications

· Experience and enthusiasm for managing high-volume bar programs

· Proven problem-solving, organizational and leadership skills

· Possess extensive knowledge of mixology and beer AND a collaborative spirit
