Underground Foreman Summary:

Our client is looking for a Underground Foreman to their team. The Underground Foreman plans, coordinates, and manages onsite excavation crew to meet the daily and weekly goals for maximum productivity while maintaining budgetary constraints. 

Underground Foreman Compensation:

  • $120 – 140k annually
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • PTO and vacation
  • Employee profit sharing

UndergroundForeman Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the progress of underground construction sites.
  • The intermediary between workers and supervisors.
  • Scheduling and planning the underground work for the day.
  • Assigning tasks to field employees.
  • Utilizing the correct machinery at the job site
  • Making sure the excavating project is being completed in a timely matter.
  • Overseeing and implementing health and safety procedures on the job.

Underground Foreman Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Underground Foreman.
  • Knowledge of job sites, crews, heavy civil construction, and heavy civil projects.
