Chef de Cuisine

Seeking a Chef de Cuisine candidate who aligns with, supports, and follows the overall company mission. This candidate will oversee, lead, and manage the team of a high volume, scratch kitchen at while supporting ownership and the Executive Chef's culinary vision. Chef de Cuisine Requirements

  • ServSafe certification or the ability to achieve it upon hire
  • Prior experience in a similar leadership role
  • High-volume, à la carte scratch kitchen experience
  • A true passion for all things culinary

Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities

  • Mentor, Coach, and Training your team
  • Menu engineering and development
  • Manage food and labor costs to budget
  • Uphold all standards to the highest level
