A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Reservations Assistant Manager. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the luxury resort segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Reservations Assistant Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Reservations Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Must proactively drive nee bookings for villas and suites with new and existing guests.
  • Must maintain regular reporting and contribute to the selling strategy.
  • Maintain accurate reservations records and ensure policy compliance.
  • Schedule reservations agents to cover all shifts.

Reservation Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Reservationist or Front Desk Supervisor at a luxury resort or residence.
  • Caribbean experience is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
  • Must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands year round.
  • College degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
