Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in a similar role
  • Experience with sales volumes in excess of $3M Year
  • Full-Service w/alcohol experience
  • Experience leading a team of 50
  • Customer service skills and strong financial acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership skills

Restaurant Manager Duties:

  • Help develop and reach financial goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop talent
  • Set team goals and lead to achievement
  • Be a brand ambassador at all times
  • Set the culture – lead with integrity and empathy

Restaurant Manager Compensation:
