Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned machines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Proficient in operating Citizen A and M series, and Miyano CNC Swiss Machines, with a preference for prior experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in reading, writing, and editing G&M Codes to facilitate machine programming.
  • Interpret drawing requirements accurately, including GD&T specifications.
  • Utilize basic mathematical skills for performing essential calculations.
  • Competently employ measuring tools for product inspection and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment while also capable of independent work.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO requirements to uphold quality standards.
  • Prioritize safety by adhering strictly to established procedures and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Completion of a two-year certificate program in machine trades.
  • Mandatory: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in Swiss CNC machining.
