We are seeking a strong Culinary leader to be the #2 to our amazing Executive Chef! We need someone positive, with a strong work ethic, who enjoys every aspect of farm-to-fork food preparation. Do you have a true love for the craft? Do you love destination locations? We need you!!

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as an Exec Sous, CDC, Banquet Chef, or Sous Chef in an ultra luxury setting
  • Experience with farm-to-fork food preparations
  • Experience with purchasing, scheduling, and managing kitchen financials
  • Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Manage the culinary team including scheduling, hiring, training, and discipline
  • Purchase and provision food and culinary supplies
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and contribute to the vision for the culinary program
  • Other duties as assigned
