We are a one of the fast-growing food manufacturing companies in the nation. We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team and be part of our growth plan.

Manufacturing Production Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Training and development of staff, and maintaining proper staffing levels
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and production protocols
  • Monitor and track production activities, communicate goals, updates, and performance
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and handle all inventory supply
  • Establish and monitor Production KPIs to enhance productivity and reduce costs and waste
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and control expenses without compromising quality or safety
  • Deadline-driven: ability to meet the demands of production targets by proper forecasting
