Front Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all duties of the front office operation
  • Handling member complaints
  • Staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling
  • Responsible for short and long-term planning and the management of the Front Office operations

Front Office Manager Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience as a Front Office Manager for a 45-room luxury hotel
  • Great employee and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
